Homemade, not too hot but, delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 1/3 lbs extra lean ground beef
56 fl oz diced tomatoes
42 fl oz red kidney beans
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cups tomato juice
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Fry onion and add ground beef and green pepper (brown gound beef)

  2. Put these and rest of ingredients in dutch oven pot

  3. Cook slowly for 2 hrs
