Recipe Ingredients for chili

8 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
10 tablespoon Poblano Pepper
28 oz Whole Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
4 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 slice Bread, Mixed-grain
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for chili

  1. saute meat, veg, spices

  2. add tomato and water to make 4 quarts

  3. crumb bread, add

  4. btb, rts 2 hours
