easy homemade chili, to eat alone or for frito pie.

Recipe Ingredients for chili

2 pounds ground beef
1/2 small onion
1 clove garlic
2 cans beans
500 g tomato sauce
1/4 cup Corn Flour, Masa, Enriched

Recipe Directions for chili

brown beef, drain fat. season with about 2 T chili powder, 1 T cumin, pepper. add onion and garlic, tomato and 1 cup water. simmer 15 to 30 minutes. add masa mixed with 1/2 cup water, and drained and rinsed beans. I use 1 can black, one can pinto. cook 15 more minutes.
