Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion
15 oz chili beans
22 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
15 oz can diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown ground beef with the onion.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste.

  3. Heat through.

  4. Serve with diced raw onion and shredded cheddar cheese.
