Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 tbsp chopped Onions
8 oz Green Chilies
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
24 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
3 clove Garlic
6 oz Tomato Paste
2 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
439 grams Kidney Beans

1.5 cup, chopped Carrots
1 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. in a large pot cook the chunks of beef.

  2. add chopped onion and garlic

  3. after onion and garlic has cooked add the can of crushed tomato, corn, chopped carrots, rinsed kidney beans, and green chilies

  4. add oregano and allow to simmer for at least an hour.

  5. add salt to taste.
