Home Made Chili - 1 C. per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 medium raw Onion Yellow (Chopped)
15 oz Black Beans
15 oz Pinto Beans
15 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
10 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
15 1/4 oz Whole Kernel Corn
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Cumin Powder

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Put all ingredients in slow cooker on high for 1 hour.

  2. After 1 hour turn down to low and let simmer for as long as you want to blend the flavors.

  3. Put cheese and chopped white onions on top of your bowl of chili.(Not included in calories).
