1 lb lean ground beef, 3 cup chopped tomato, 1 cups water, chopped onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsb garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, salt and pepper to taste 1) Brown beef onion and garlic, 2) stir in tomato and water, 3) add spices and simmer, 4) top with chopped green onion
