Simple chili. Add whatever chili spices you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 lbs. 90% lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
8 oz green chilis
30 oz kidney beans
30 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown mean and sauté onions.

  2. Use a paper towel to degrease the pan.

  3. Add the green chilis.

  4. Add the tomato sauce and whatever spices you like.

  5. Rinse the kidney beans and stir into chili.

  6. Let simmer for an hour or two.
