Beef & Bean Chili Serving size equals 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

681 3/5 grams Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste
4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Oregano
2 Teaspoon Basil
12 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
12 oz Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
3 serving Garlic Cloves
4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. In a crock pot, combine all ingredients and set on high for 30 minutes. Stir ingredients and reduce to low and let simmer for 9-10 hours. Before serving, scoop any fat off of the top then stir.

  2. For an additional kick, you can add crushed red pepper flakes while cooking, or add a few dashes of hot sauce as a garnish.
