Recipe used for Trim Body System dinner (this is a double batch to allow for leftovers).

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

4 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1/4 cup Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
4 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 serving Ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
6 tsp Garlic
1 serving Red Hot Pepper Sauce
26 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown ground beef with all seasonings.

  2. Drain excess grease and pour ground beef back into pan.

  3. Add beans and tomatoes.

  4. Cover and simmer on low for 15-20 min. Add more seasonings to taste.
