3/4 pound sirloin 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup green bell pepper 2 stalks celery chopped 2 cans of red beans 1 can tomato soup 2 cups diced tomato 1 cup water 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon brown sugar
