A hearty, colourful chili that is full of vitamins and low in fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

8 serving Extra Lean Ground Turkey (kirkland)
3 cup Tomatoes Whole No Salt Added
2 cup Black Beans - 50% less sodium
2 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 Can Beans
1 cup cut Corn, Sweet, White
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown turkey with onion in a pan. Meanwhile, empty all canned beans and tomatoes in to a large pot. Add 3-4 tbls of chili powder and any hot sauce or seasonings you like. Chop all veggies and add to pot with turkey. Simmer for 1 hour until veggies are soft.
