Chili with Taco seasoning (recipe analyzed on 10 servings)

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 pounds buffalo - 90% lean
15 ounce Kidney Beans
28 ounce Tomatoes, Red, Ripe - Canned, Whole, No Salt Added
2 ounce Taco seasoning
12 ounce Tomato paste
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Cook ground beef with onion until meat is almost brown. Add other ingredients.

  2. Simmer in slow cooker as required.

  3. Makes 8-10 servings
