Black bean, ground turkey, pumpkin chili

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

500 g(1 g) Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1.5 cup Black Beans, Organic
2 cup Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes
0.5 cup Pure Pumpkin
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. sautee pepper, onion, and garlic

  2. brown turkey

  3. add turkey to pot with peppers

  4. add diced tomatoes, pumpkin and beans

  5. add chili spice

  6. cook on low for 1 hour
