Recipe Ingredients for Chili

540 grams 90% Lean Ground Sirloin
1 small Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
13 grams Chili Powder
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Oregano, Ground
8 clove Garlic
6 serving Tomatoes: Compliments
250 grams Pasta Sauce Original with Tomato and Onions
1600 grams O' Douls Malt Beverage Non Alcoholic Beer
125 grams Wine, Table, Red
1 cup Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 cup White Beans
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Chili

Cook first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles; drain off excess fat. Add chili powder and next 11 ingredients, stirring well; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to 1-2 or minimum, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 3-3.5 hours. Add sugar to sweeten the chili.
