Chili adapted from Weight Watcher's

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw
1 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 fl. oz Bush's Black Beans (reduced sodium)
16 oz Bushs Best Chili Beans
6 oz Tomato Paste No Salt Added
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown meat, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Drain in a colander; return to pan.

  2. Stir in water and remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
