This recipie is not correct in the amounts of ingredients. I could not use the specific ingredients, so I had to use smaller portions for the analysis. For instance, I had to use a small portion of beans, because they are calculated as raw, and the ones I used were canned

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/3 cup kidney beans
3/4 cup tomato soup
3 tbs. chili powder
1/4 cup green peppers
2 cups noodles

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Cook turkey in skillet

  2. add chili powder

  3. add tomato soup

  4. add green peppers and kidney beans

  5. cook noodles

  6. serve chili over noodles

  7. add cheese if desired
