So so good chili. Add a pound of ground pork or turkey to mix it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
3/4 c. green pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp. oregano
28 oz. tomato, crushed
28 oz. water
1 tbs. Vegetable oil
28 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

Add oil to pot and saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper over medium high heat until tender. Add beef and cook through. Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, and oregano. Stir about a minute then add beans, crushed tomato, and water. Simmer 30 minutes.
