Makes 6 servings



A medium hot chili. Good with cornbread or corn chips. Masa flour may be used instead of cornstarch.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. Ranch Style beans
8 oz. tomato sauce
8 oz. Pace picante sauce
10 oz. Rotel tomatoes
3/4 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1 t. dried onions
1/2 t. dried garlic
3/4 t. paprika
1 T. chili powder
1 1/2 t. cornstarch
2 T. fresh onion
1 T. fresh bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown ground beef with fresh onions and bell peppers. Add beans, Pace, tomato sauce, and Ranch Style beans. Stir in all spices. Shake or stir cornstarch in about 1/2 c. of water. Add and cook for about 15 more minutes.
