Good chili with a nice kick. You can add green and red peppers if desired. You can substitute the tomato sauce with Alphagetti pasta and sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 lbs lean ground beef
2 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
7 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
14 oz red kidney beans
14 oz beans in tomato sauce
19 oz diced tomatoes
14 oz tomato sauce
177 ml beer
3 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Chili

Cook ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in microwave or in a large pot. Drain fat. Add chili powder, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce. Continue to cook on low heat for 3 minutes while stirring. After 3 minutes, add the remaining ingredients and gently bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes then turn off heat and allow to cool. Reheat when ready to eat.
