Chili with beef, beans, mushrooms, and corn.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

114 g Chili Mix
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef, browned
15 1/2 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
15 1/2 oz Black beans
12 oz Canned or Frozen Corn
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Canned Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown beef in skillet with cayanne pepper if desired

  2. Drain and rinse meat (can be frozen and stored after cooking)

  3. In a Pot add Diced tomates plus liquid and mushrooms

  4. add seasoning and let simmer

  5. add beans and corn during last 15-20 minutes of cooking.

  6. Enjoy
