Quick and easy, protein packed Chili

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
15 oz black beans
15 oz chili beans
1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
14 1/2 oz chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 oz chili seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown the 7% ground beef and when just barely pink, add the onion and garlic. Let saute until onion turns opaque, then add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, turn head to low and let simmer for 30 minutes. Top with cheese if desired.
