Served piping hot over rice, this only gets better if the canned tomatoes are subsituted with Rotel for that extra chili pepper kick! Serving size is listed for 3/4 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

28 ounces tomato sauce
28 ounces canned diced tomatoes
16 ounces kidney beans, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
36 grams chili seasoning (one envelope)
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Recipe Directions for Chili

Combine all ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.
