amazing, thick chili. spices are needed. i use red cayan pepper, chili pepper, cuman, etc. but this is all to taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

4 lbs ground turkey, strained
58 oz crushed tomatoes
58 oz tomatoe sauce
2 green peppers
2 cups jalapenos, chopped
1/2 cup chili peppers, chopped
2 sweet onions
5 oz cooked dark red kidney beans
5 oz cooked light red kidney beans
2 1/2 oz cooked black beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. brown the meat with the green peppers and onions

  2. strain meat/pepper/onion mix, add to crock pot

  3. strain all cans of beans, add to crock pot

  4. add tomatoe sauce and crushed tomatoes,

  5. add any leftover ingredients (jalapenos, chili peppers)

  6. add spices to taste

  7. let simmer at 208f for at least 5 hours. i leave mine simmering overnight.
