Recipe Ingredients for Chili

30 oz chili beans
28 oz tomatos, no salt
10 oz diced original tomatos and green chiles
8 oz 96% lean ground beef, browned
1 large onion, chopped
1 green chili pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown onions with garlic

  2. brown ground beef

  3. add beans and tomatoes

  4. season with cumin, oregano, black pepper

  5. add chopped hot green chili

  6. simmer til good
