Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
2 tbs olive oil
1 large tomato, diced
24 oz dark red kidney beans, canned
16 oz diced tomatoes, canned
1/2 cup black olives
1 cup kernel corn
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Chili

Saute onions, peppers in olive oil - add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add chili powder and cayenne pepper and stir - add kidney beans, corn, black olives and tomatoes - add sugar and salt - adjust seasonings and simmer until thickened, about 3/4 hour
