Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb. ground beef
15 oz can beans
1 onion
28 oz. tomatoes
10 olives

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown onion in small amount of oil.

  2. Brown beef with onion and seasonings (garlic, adobo, oregano, black pepper, chili powder, red pepper, cayenne)

  3. Add tomatoes and olives and bring to a boil.

  4. Add beans and reduce heat to simmer.

  5. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
