Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs onion powder
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 tbs chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
15 oz chopped tomatoes
26 oz chicken broth
1 1/2 cup red pepper
1 1/2 cup carrot
1 tsp cumin
15 oz kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. heat oil and add garlic

  2. season meat with onion powder, salt, paprika and pepper. Add it to the pot cook until no longer pink

  3. stir in tomatoes add broth red pepper carrot and cumin mix well. reduce heat and simmer for 15-20min stir in beans until they are done
