Chili- can be made with black beans, Kidney beans or a mixture.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

3 lb ground beef
90 ounce black beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 onion
2 T olive oil
10 oz tomato
4 cups tomato juice
2 T cumin
2 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 T chili powder
1 T oregano
2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Saute onions in oil.

  2. add beef and brown.

  3. add all spices and mix well with meat.

  4. Add all other ingredients

  5. Bring to a boil. Lower temperature and and cook for an hour or so until all ingredients are blended and the chili has thickened
