High Fiber, low fat and low calorie chili. Low calories per gram with high fiber, make for very filling low total calorie meal. Great the next day.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 lb Ground Beef
24 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans, canned, drained
24 oz Light Red Kidney Beans, canned, drained
12 oz Pinto Beans, canned, drained
24 oz Diced Tomatos, canned
2 medium Onions, diced
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
8 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown Beef in pot. Drain and Rinse.

  2. Combine Meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onions and 1/2 cup of water. Sautee on high for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Combine remainder of ingredients along with 3 cups of water (rinse water in bean cans to get the left over fiber out of the can).

  4. Cook over medium to medium-high heat, stir often, to blend flavors and cookout water. Cook until desired consitancy (30-45min for thicker chili).
