Makes 7 servings



Saute veggies, add meat and cook over low heat till tinder. Add chili and cayenne pepper to taste or some salsa. Add beans. Simmer and topped with cheese. To make low carb omit the beans or decrease amount.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 pound of ground turkey
6 ounce of tomato paste
1 1/2 cups of celery
1 small onion
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon of cayenne
15 ounce of black beans
1 cup chopped green pepper
