This is a good one for cold winter days! Makes approx 10 servings, each weighing approx 9.5 ounces at 300 calories each serving. I have measured and tested. If you don't want as many calories, you can remove the pasta/macaroni.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

46 oz tomato juice
1 1/4 pound lean ground beef
1 pound chicken breast
4 1/2 ounces elbow macaroni
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Chili Powder to taste
1 large yellow onion
16 oz light red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

In fry pan, brown the meat, onion, and chicken. In a soup kettle, heat the tomato juice and add chili powder to taste. Once the meat is brown, drain any grease and add to juice. Add macaroni noodles. When they are soft, add the kidney beans. Serve.
