easy chili with pioneer seasoning

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
27 oz pinto beans
10 oz kidney beans
30 oz tomato sauce
14 oz stewed tomato
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 celery stalks
16 oz beef stock

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. dice onion, 2 celery sticks and red bell pepper and cook with the meat. Season meat with garlic salt, pepper and chili.

  2. Add meat mixture with 1 lg can pinto beans and regular can of kidney beans.

  3. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes and beef broth and one pkg of Pioneer chili seasoning.

  4. slow cook on low for 3 hours.
