Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 medium onion, chopped
2 lb 95% lean ground beef
29 oz. Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
10 oz. Ro*Tel
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown chopped onions and ground beef. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
