Turkey Chili with Cheese and Sour Cream

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 medium onions
2 lbs ground turkey
30 oz diced tomatoes
48 oz Tomato juice
458 grams celery hearts
250 grams black beans
145 grams red kidney beans
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 oz fresh parsley
2 cup low fat cheese
12 tbs low fat sour cream

  1. brown meat with onions

  2. add all other ingridients

  3. simmer for 1hour
