Improvised chili recipe for leftover steak

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1/2 lb steak, cut in 1/2 in pieces
14 oz kidney beans
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes
15 oz roma tomatoes, cut in half
3 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin
1/4 cup water
1 medium onion
3 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. In skillet, sautee garlic, onions, cut tomatoes, and steak over medium heat until meat is cooked.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
