My chili; made with ground beef & fiesta corn (they couldn't "find" it so I put reg. corn in the ingredients list)

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground chicken
24 oz chili beans
15 oz corn
1/4 c taco seasoning mix
24 oz salsa

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown the ground beef & drain excess grease.

  2. Add the taco seasoning & 3/4 c water. Simmer for @10 min.

  3. Add the salsa, chili beans and corn. Simmer till heated through.

  4. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
