Chili with rice and grated cheese. Mmmmm

Recipe Ingredients for chili

900 g lean ground beef
1 onions, diced
1/2 green pepper
4 cups canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
6 cups canned tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp corn flour

Recipe Directions for chili

  1. Brown ground beef, remove and drain fat. Set aside

  2. In large pot, add corn oil and saute' onions till soft. Add green pepper and cook 5 minutes

  3. Add tomatoes and chili powder

  4. Add kidney beans and simmer 2 hours

  5. Add corn flour to finish
