Recipe Ingredients for Chili

285 g. ground beef, 95% lean, browned and drained
256 g. canned kidney beans
411 g. canned whole tomatoes
9 g. chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
16 g. Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 g. bay leaf
1/8 cup dry red wine
