This is a modifyed version from the Better Homes and Gardens recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

8 ounces hamburger
16 ounces diced tomatoes
1/2 cup kidney beans
1 ounce garlic
4 ounces onion
4 ounces green pepper
2 ounces celery
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. NOTE: I use one can of kidney beans but I couldn't get that to work in the analyzer.

  2. Cook hamburger and onions together. Add garlic, green peppers, celery and spices. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add Tomatoes and beans. Heat thru and serve. This keeps well and reheats well.
