Makes 12 servings



loaded with lean meat (beef and turkey) and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb ground turkey breast
4 cloves of garlic
2 onions
2 carrots
2 zucchini
1 squash
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
15 oz tomato sauce
29 oz diced tomatoes
29 oz chili beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Shred carrots and chop all other veggies.

  2. Saute veggies in olive oil until barely tender.

  3. Add meat and cook until brown(beef)/white(turkey).

  4. Mix all dry ingredients together separately.

  5. Add tomatoes and beans to meat/veggie mixture.

  6. Add dry ingredients.

  7. Mix well and cover.

  8. Simmer over low heat for about an hour.
