A beef based chili - tastes good!

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 yellow pepper
1 tsp. garlic
1 small onion
3 tbsp. chili peppers
540 ml kidney beans
540 ml black beans
568 ml beans in tomato sauce
700 ml diced tomatoes
2 tsp kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. brown ground beef

  2. saute peppers, onion & garlic

  3. add additional ingredients and allow to simmer on stove for at least 1/2 hour

  4. tastes best next day
