Made with extra lean ground beef, plus, after it is cooked, rinse off under hot water in a colander.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 pounds extra lean ground beef
3 cups tomato juice
1 cup chili seasoning
1 ounce of chili seasoning
16 ounces of chili beans

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Cook meat and wash off with hot water.

  2. Add 3 cups of tomato juice or to desired thickness. I added chili seasoning that I made but can use a jar of Williams chili seasoning. Also add a 1 ounce Williams Chili seasoning in a package. Then add a 16 ounce of Bush's chili beans or more if desired. (But will change nutritional info.)
