Quick and easy, using what I had in the cupboard.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb ground venison
15 oz chili beans
15 oz pinto beans
15 oz corn
30 oz diced tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
1 medium carrot
1 c tomato juice

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown venison with chopped onion and green peppers in a large stock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Cook on medium until boiling, then reduce heat to low. Simmer until all carrots are cooked through. Add chili powder to taste.
