quick chili. don't forget to add cumin, minced garlic, bay leaves, garlic and onion powder, a pinch of sugar

Recipe Ingredients for chili

1/2 lb ground beef
14 oz tomato sauce
15 oz kidney beans
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp cayenne powder
1 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for chili

  1. brown beef.

  2. drain beef.

  3. add onions, garlic, jalapenos and saute.

  4. add tomato sauce and kidney beans. add sugar and spices.
