This version is pretty thick?add more tomatoes or some chicken/beef stock for a soupier chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

1 lb 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cups kidney beans
1 cup black beans
1/5 cup corn
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
24 oz crushed tomatoes
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, diced

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Saute onion and garlic in a dutch oven.

  2. Add meat and brown

  3. Add rest of the ingredients (plus chili mix of your choice) and simmer for 2-4 hours.

  4. Serve with crackers or cheese if desired.
