Makes 12 servings



Yummy with peanut butter sandwiches, or served with low-fat shredded cheese and/or low-fat sour cream. Also delicious served on a baked potato.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
30 1/2 oz. canned red beans (chili hot beans)
14 1/2 oz. canned diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown and crumble ground turkey and diced onion in pan heated with olive oil.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on med/low for 30 minutes.
