Mrs. Ruby Dukes Chili, It's great

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

46 oz. tomato juice
32 oz light kidney beans
29 oz diced tomatos
10 oz condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tbs. chili seasoning
1 lb lean ground beef
1 chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Brown and drain ground beef

  2. Combine all ingredients in soup pan or dutch oven

  3. Chopped chili or jalapeno peppers to taste and add.

  4. Salt and pepper

  5. Cook on low heat app. 1 1/2 hours.
