A hearty chili that I won in our cities fair.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

16 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
2 ear, large (7-3/4" to 9" long) yields Corn, Sweet, White
1 cup Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup Stewed - Italian Recipe
1/2 cup Black Beans
1 serving Ripe Large Pitted Olives

Recipe Directions for Chili

Brown ground beef add garlic, diced onion, diced bell pepper and corn (cut off cob, you could substitute canned corn, but fresh is better). Mix. Add seasoning. Mix well. Add Black Beans, Mix. Add stewed tomato and tomato sauce. Mix thoroughly! Add "drained" "sliced" Black Olives. (you could drain a little brine into the pot) Cook for at least 30-45 mins. STIRRING OCCASIONALLY!!! Great with Corn Bread or Corn Muffins. Enjoy!
