Cut the amount of Worcestire next time, add more crushed tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Chili

2 lbs ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
2 medium+slices,+cooked+raw+product+packed+20/lb bacon
10 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
2 1/2 tomatoes
1 can beef broth
6 oz. tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 red pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 habanero pepper
1 yellow onion
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Cayenne
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garam masala

Recipe Directions for Chili

  1. Dice up all of the onion, red/yellow/orange/greenpeppers, and jalapenos.

  2. Add olive oil to a large fry pan and sauté until translucent. Once this is done, put sautéed veggies to large pot for chili.

  3. Slice the bacon into small rectangles and put in skillet and fry until crispy. Once done, add to pot.

  4. Brown up the Italian sausage and ground beef. Add to pot.

  5. Add in crushed tomatoes, broth and spices.

  6. Put heat on Low-Medium. Mix thoroughly. Simmer for four hours.
